Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information regarding the projected costs to purchase the services of a digital navigator firm to engage our community in a marketing effort to increase enrollment in the Affordable Connectivity Program by eligible households in Albemarle County, Virginia. A. The provider shall furnish all labor, materials, etc. to provide digital navigator services for the Broadband Accessibility and Affordability Office (BAAO), to include two to three (2-3) digital navigators and a marketing outreach program to run for potentially one to two years. B. The marketing effort will include: 1. Staff managed community engagement to assess engagement strategies for specific cohorts. 2. Preparation and maintenance of a website that will serve as a landing page for residents interested in affordable broadband, to include: a. Information regarding existing local resources, including County affordability programs and community partner digital inclusion programs b. An ACP eligibility widget, please see Attachment B: ACP Eligibility Widget Technical Guidance. c. A locator tool for residents to determine which ACP Qualified Internet Service Providers offer internet access in their area.
