Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design and Printing Services for the 2017 Virginia Airport Directory as specified herein for the Virginia Department of Aviation (DOAV). This project involves research, layout, graphic design, photography (including aerial photography), and printing of the 2017 Virginia Airport Directory. The directory includes listings for each of Virginia’s airports as well as other data of interest to pilots. The 2017 Virginia Airport Directory should consist of approximately 176 pages (printed front and back) plus a front cover and inside front cover as well as a back cover and inside back cover. This should be a color (4 color process), 5.5 x 8.5 (portrait orientation) document printed on white semi-gloss stock with white gloss cover stock for front and back covers, bound with Plastic Spiral Binding on the 8.5” side.
