Specifications include, but are not limited to:The CAFR has the following requirements: Specifications • 8.5 x 11 printed publication • Two-color (black and Pantone 7719) printed on digital press, allowing page additions in multiples of two. • Approximately 232 pages (plus cover) including five custom divider pages (front and back design) and approximately 135 tables, pie charts and graphs provided as an Excel workbook with multiple spreadsheets. Additional charts and pages may be added at the request of VRS Chief Financial and Chief Investment Officers. Provide a separate line item in your bid to reflect a 5 percent increase in page count, should that contingency be needed. • Design firm will provide three cover designs and coordinating section dividers supporting the design theme for presentation to the Public Relations department and CFO for review, allowing for three rounds of review to arrive at a final approved design for cover and divider pages. • Wire-spiral binding (cover and page design margins must accommodate). • Publication grid, fonts (Palatino and Univers Condensed) and basic design will remain essentially identical to those of the 2014 annual report. VRS will provide the original InDesign file from the 2014 annual report. • VRS will provide photos from the VRS image library for use wherever possible and in consultation with the graphic designer. • Design firm, in consultation with VRS, will identify any additional photos needed for the publication, research the cost and present purchase/usage price to VRS before execution. Design firm will pass through costs for additional images to VRS without markup or service fees. • Bid price shall include five rounds of client revisions to body copy (separate from cover cited above
