The purpose of this project is to design and construct an office space as outlined in the Planning Documents (Appendix A), to serve 108-116 staff occupants and the renovated space will result in a 38,291GSF, including 40 offices, 5 share offices (two occupants in single office) 71 shared workspaces (Cubicles), 13 meeting rooms, 3 training rooms (large conference rooms) 2 food preparation/Kitchenettes, 2 new gender neutral bathrooms, renovation of two (2) men’s bathroom with 5 stalls, two women’s bathroom with 5 stalls 4 testing spaces, 1 child play area, 1 child waiting space, 2 wellness rooms, 8 storage rooms, 4 copy & print areas, 3 waiting areas, and 1 nurses office.. The design and construction shall be in accordance with the attached (Refer to Appendix A): 1) Program Requirements (POR); 2) Planning Documents (PD), and ; 3) Design Intent Guidelines.
