The City of Virginia Beach (the "City") Public Works Department is accepting sealed proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations for the demolition of an unsafe structure located at 1340 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. The property sits about one hundred feet off the road beside the AAAA Self Storage and is difficult to locate. The demolition will include removing the two-story structure level with the ground and any trash/junk on the property. The structure was built in 1940 and has been abandoned for a decade or more. The structure has no roof, just four walls and a lot of debris on the interior of the structure. The structure has a finished living area of 1,112 square feet and a total of one big room.
