The site is located at 1028 High Street, 400 Hatton Street, and 1013 -1015 Queen Street. The development consists of demolition of a structure on 1028 High Street, a structure on 1013 Queen Street, and a structure on 1015 Queen Street. The structures on 1013 Queen and 1015 Queen Street are attached. The site at 400 Hatton Street is currently a vacant slab. The project is located on four parcels consisting of 0.914 acres. The existing site is flat. The site ultimately drains into the existing curb inlet at the intersection of High Street and Primrose Street. Approximately 70 percent of the site is impervious in the current condition. No disturbance is located outside of the property boundaries. The erosion and sediment control for the site is based on the existing site topography and includes the installation of a silt fence, demolition of the existing structures to slab, and removal of all vertical elements from existing slabs that may cause tripping hazards. An approved Zoning Permit for the demolition has been obtained. The winning bidder will need to submit a demolition building permit application and a responsible land disturber notification form and fee (if applicable).
