1. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver Hydraulic Cement Concrete (Ready Mix concrete) from VDOT Approved plants on an on-call basis, as needed basis. 2. For the bidder to be considered responsive to this bid, the concrete must be delivered from a VDOT-Approved Ready Mix Concrete Plant, and this information must be provided in Attachment B. 3. A-3 concrete shall be mixed and delivered in accordance with section 200 of the VDOT 2020 Road and Bridge Specifications or most recent edition. All concrete shall be in compliance with Section 217, section 200.06, section 404 and the 2022 Supplement to the 2020 VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications, or latest edition. All concrete shall be delivered following the directions given by the VDOT Contract Administrator, or designee. 5. The Contractor’s equipment shall be meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Virginia Occupational Safety and Health (VOSH) standards. 6. Flowable fill shall be mixed and delivered in accordance with section 200 of the VDOT 2020 Road and Bridge Specifications or most recent edition. 7.
