• Facilitation of Improvement Cycles Design and implement on-site data-driven improvement cycles at each CSI and TSI school, embedded in PLCs and leadership meetings. Model evidence-based cycles of inquiry: identifying problems of practice, analyzing data, planning instructional responses, monitoring results, and adjusting strategies. • Leadership and Staff Coaching Provide coaching to principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and teacher leaders on integrating the Instructional Framework into daily practice. Strengthen leaders’ and staff capacity to make data-informed instructional decisions. • Analyst and Leader Development Mentor PCPS data analysts and school leaders to independently lead and sustain improvement cycles with fidelity. Build district capacity to manage, analyze, and interpret Growth Assessments, benchmark assessments, and state-level data. • Alignment with District Priorities Ensure improvement cycles align with the PCPS Instructional Framework and federal/state accountability expectations for CSI and TSI schools. Support coherence across district assessments, curriculum priorities, and instructional practices. • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Collaborate with district leaders, school staff, and external partners to foster collective responsibility for student achievement. Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to PCPS leadership to monitor progress and guide decision-making. • Capacity Building for Sustainability Establish structures and tools that enable PCPS to sustain data-driven improvement practices beyond the consultancy. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice across the district
