Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, necessary to remove snow and/or ice from road, parking lots, sidewalks, steps and entranceways on all buildings. 2. The Contractor shall ensure that snow and/or ice are removed from all driveways/roads, parking lots, sidewalks, steps and entranceways at the DOF property located at 900 Natural Resources. See attachments. 3. No chemicals shall be used on the scales as it will cause damage. 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for the repair of curbing, parking bumpers, asphalt, and/or paving if it is found that damage to such areas was caused by extreme negligence on the part of the Contractor while performing snow and/or ice removal. 5. A job site inspection shall be required.
