The Contractor shall provide a combined Conferences and Hotel facilities utilizing various room configurations, lodging accommodations, catering, audiovisual services, and parking for approximately 65 Conference participants. The Conferences will be held in April 2025 and November 2025 or December 2025. The conferences are to be held for two (2) consecutive days during the aforementioned Spring and Fall Dates. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supervision, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to coordinate and provide all services within the terms, conditions, provisions, and schedules provided herein. The Contractor shall make available a well-maintained, co-located hotel, Conference and Exposition facility that meets all federal, state and local fire, health, building and safety codes. The facility shall utilize various room configurations as specified by DJJ.
