Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall provide a Digital License Plate Production and Graphic Design System, retroreflective sheeting and technical services to produce digital flat license plates on a made-to-order basis. The system shall include a complete blanking line used to apply the printed sheeting to aluminum substrate and blank, while debossing flat plates with a rim; and other required consumables, training, and technical, support and maintenance services, A separate blanking line shall be provided for motorcycle size plates. 2. The digital license plates will be fabricated for personalized, initial reserve, logo, motorcycle, dealers and gratis issuance. The plates will be utilized for standard size 12.125” W x 6.125” L and motorcycle size 7.125” W x 4.125” L made to order plate categories.
