DHS is conducting market research for a procurement to support steady state and enhanced operations for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Integrated Operations Division (IOD). Support includes 24 X 7 operations reporting and analysis for cyber, physical, and communications incidents, manning a service desk to track incidents and their resolution, and improving and codifying operational procedures.
Services include staffing a 24 X 7 operations center for monitoring, analyzing, tracking, and reporting on threats and hazards affecting the physical, cyber, and communication critical infrastructure. These activities require knowledge and demonstratable experience in cybersecurity, telecommunications, operations centers, operational research, briefing, intel, report development, service desk operations, and data analytics to include geospatial. Interested firms would be required to have a Top Secret (TS) facility clearance and access to rapidly onboard up to 100+ Top Secret (TS) cleared (SCI-eligible) personnel. Work would take place in the National Capital Region (NCR), Pensacola, FL, and associated Continuity of Operations (COOP) locations.
