Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Perform an assessment of all existing access control equipment and connected devices by facility. Assessment shall be detailed per location and verify all existing equipment and devices connected to the P2000 system. Confirm functionality, report any deficiencies, and note any existing wiring or devices that will need to be replaced to facilitate the upgrade. If your firm has an example of a detailed facility assessment from a prior upgrade project, include with your proposal.; 2. Prepare a detailed plan of work for each facility. Clearly indicating equipment to be converted, upgraded and/or replaced and a proposed timeline/duration for conversion. If your firm has an example of a detailed work plan from a prior upgrade project, include with your proposal.; 3. Work with DGS to develop a prioritized implementation plan that will determine the conversion sequence for all facilities.; 4. Convert all existing badge readers from the existing system to the new Lenel system. Base proposal to include utilization of existing readers and wiring from devices to the control panel locations.; 5. Integrate existing alarm points into the Lenel system to include fire alarm relays, door alarms, duress buttons, glass break sensors, dps, etc.; 6. Integrate Morse Watchman boxes into the Lenel system at facilities noted.; 7. Test and verify operation of all converted devices.; 8. Assume portions of work that impacts door operations, specifically egress doors to be completed off hours. Off hour work hours are classified as Monday – Friday 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.; 9. Provide (25) Lenel Client workstations for converted facilities.; 10. Provide (3) Lenel Badging workstations for partitioned facilities. To include workstation, monitor, keyboard, mouse, Lenel Software, badge printer, camera, etc. for a complete badging station.; 11. All electrical requirements to be coordinated with and completed by DGS.; 12. All utilized equipment must be non-proprietary.; 13. All cabling must adhere to DGS specifications.
