DLA Distribution Norfolk has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Grounds Maintenance / Snow / Debris Removal services as set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All references in this SOW to the Contractor and Contractor Personnel include both Contractor employees and subcontractors.
The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for Ground Maintenance / Snow / Debris Removal services at DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia in a manner that will maintain a safe environment. The Contractor shall perform these services at DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia. DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia is a tenant activity on Naval Station Norfolk (NSN), Hampton Roads, VA.
The period of performance shall be established for a one (1) year base period with (4) one-year option periods.
