The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to seek information on sources that have the capability of providing senior leadership training and a venue for that training. See the RFI for requirement details. Desired outcomes of the training include: It is desired that the IS senior leaders (SES, GG15, and supervisory GG14) come awasy from the training with an integrated action plan for realizing the future success of the IS organization. Other desired outcomes include that these senior leaders develop the ability to assess DCSA's capacity for strategic execution, as well as identify the key levers for achieving performance breakthroughs, the barriers to change agility, and the role leaders play to enable transformation. These are valuable skills for senior executives as DCSA and IS continue to grow and adapt to the changing mission requiremetns as the agency continues to mature and develop.
