The qualified supplier shall provide, equipment, labor and supplies to perform all services at the below listed Site Service location, a member of the state park system managed by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation following specifications listed below: A. General Work Requirements Lot 1-Provide and install new siding and trim, Assess and repair damage and Provide and Paint new siding and trim. OR B. General Work Requirements Lot 2-Provide and install new siding and trim, Assess and repair damage boards only and Provide and Paint all siding and trim. 1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies, and material necessary to remove existing siding and trim, assess for damage and replace Siding with new Hardie Plank, Select Cedar Mill Primed to paint siding and installation supplies or agency approved equivalent product. 2. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to Paint All Siding and trim Sherwin Williams like color to be agreed upon by park at time of award. 3. Contractor shall provide hot dipped galvanized or stainless-steel fasteners. 4. Contractor shall provide all replacement trim and facia boards as needed to be replaced. 5. Contractor will be responsible for removing and reinstalling all existing fixtures attached to the building including but not limited to electric meters and gutter down spouts. 6. The Contractor shall provide an adequate number of reliable and properly trained personnel to provide the services required. 7. Work Hours: All services shall be performed, unless mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Park Representative between the hours of 8:00 A.M. TO 6:30 P.M. except for State and Federal Holidays. 8. Workdays should be consecutive until the project is complete and shall be scheduled and agreed upon by Park Representative and Contractor as to not interfere with reservations.
