Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS/CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: 1. The contractor shall provide septic tank pumping services for the various locations, on as needed basis between the hours of 8 am-4 pm Monday-Friday. The estimate volume to pump each service location ranges from 2,000-4,500 gallons. a. Two (2) comfort stations; b. One (1) bath house; c. One (1) shop; d. One (1) Visitors Center; e. One (1) Brown Cabin; f. Two (2) residences; g. One (1) Massanutten Building Pump Station; 2. The contractor shall pump the Wastewater treatment plant an anticipated Four (4) to (6) Six times a year depending on volume. The estimated volume to pump each service ranges from 3,000-4,000 gallons. 3. The contractor shall pump Two (2) Vault toilet(s) approximately. Two (2) – Three (3) times annually or as needed. The estimated volume to pump each vault is 2000 gallons. 4. The contractor shall provide an annual inspection of the alternative drain field(s) at the Following Locations: a. Visitor Center; b. River Right Discovery Center (Old Mass bldg.); c. River Right Campground Bathhouse; d. Assistant Manager's Residence
