SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS: The qualified supplier shall provide, equipment, labor and supplies to perform all portable toilet rental and services at the below listed Site Service location, a member of the state park system managed by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation following specifications listed below: A. Site Service Location: Leesylvania State Park 2001 Daniel K Ludwig Drive Woodbridge, Virginia 22191 B. Portable Toilet Pickup Requirements 1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies, and material necessary to collect and dispose of waste materials from portable toilet units provided at the designated site. 2. The Contractor shall provide portable toilets and dispose of the Waste therein in a manner approved by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Health, Department of Waste Management, and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws. 3. All waste removed shall be disposed of in a state approved sanitary facility. The Contractor shall provide evidence the facility has been approved by the Virginia Department of Health and/or the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. 4. The Contractor shall provide suitable containers designed for commercial use. The containers shall be designed to provide wind-proof storage of items. The Commonwealth prefers the use of containers with plastic latch able doors. 5. The Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the units placed in compliance with this contract. The container shall be maintained in a constant state of repair, preservation, and neat appearance. In addition, the contractor shall respond within eight (72) hours to all repair and/or service calls and shall replace any component of the container that requires repeated maintenance/repair service.
