i) Assistant Park Manager’s House, 1370 Natural Tunnel Parkway. (1) Remove and dispose of existing crawl space insulation. (2) Install R-19 Kraft Faced Fiberglass Batts to crawl space ceiling and rim joist using wire batt supports. (3) Install 6-mil polyethylene ground cover (vaper barrier) on crawl space floor. Secure cover to the ground to prevent displacement. (4) Remove (vacuum) and dispose of existing attic and knee wall insulation. (5) Install R-49 blown fiberglass insulation in attic, ensuring insulation is evenly distributed and does not block eave vents. (6) Install eaves ventilation chutes. (7) Install R-38 Unfaced Fiberglass Batts in attic eaves. (8) Install R-15 Kraft Faced Fiberglass Batts at knee walls. ii) Chief Ranger’s House, 242 Chairlift Loop (1) Remove and dispose of existing crawl space insulation. (2) Install R-19 Kraft Faced Fiberglass Batts to crawl space ceiling and rim joist using wire batt supports. (3) Install 6-mil polyethylene ground cover (vaper barrier) on crawl space floor.
