Required Mounted Options: • Motor - Fixed Speed EC • Drain Pan Defrost Voltage - 208-230/1/60 • DTFD Option - Fixed • Fan Blade - Standard • Fan Guard - Molded • Cabinet Type - Stucco • Drain Pan Type - Stucco • Controller Option - None • Defrost Control - Fixed • Solenoid Voltage – 230 • Fin Material - Aluminum • Coil Mechanical Option - Mounted Sporlan TXV / Std Sol Mounted • Saturated Suction Temperature - -20 • Liquid Temperature - 95 • Specified Valve Type - TXV • Valve Family - E • Crating Option - Standard Crating • Heater Limit Switch - Included 2) All line sets and condensate drains shall be replaced using 1” thick insulation on the suction line. 3) Refrigerant type shall be R448A. 4) Contractor shall remove and dispose of the old equipment. 5) The new system will be installed, plumbed, pressure tested for leaks, a sub 500 micron vacuum shall be put on the system, then charged with refrigerant. 6) The system shall be started up, tested, and adjusted for proper operation. 7) Any loose material on the ceiling around the evaporator area must be scraped off and resealed. 8) All work shall be performed during normal business hours, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. 9) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor and supplies; inclusive of a forklift or tractor with forks, to set the condensing unit in place. 10) The replacement system shall be fully installed with all necessary componentry needed for normal operation and shall be demonstrated to be fully functional prior to issuance of final invoice. 11) All work must be completed within 45 days of purchase order issuance unless an extension is provided by the contract administrator. 12) All workmanship shall be warrantied for a minimum of 90 days. 13) Equipment warranty period(s) shall be inclusive of, at a minimum, the standard Bohn warranty period included with items “a.” and “b.”, above. Bids shall include the above referenced standard warranty period and the contract may be modified at the Department’s option to add an extended warranty, if available. 14) Contractor shall be properly licensed and insured and must maintain the Commonwealth’s required insurances, as indicated in the General Terms and Conditions, and provide a certificate of insurance listing The Department of Forestry as the additional insured. 15) The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of alcohol or other drugs is strictly prohibited. 16) Any impairment or incapacitation from the use of alcohol or other drugs is strictly prohibited. 17) No firearms of any kind will be allowed on State Property, neither concealed nor open carry.
