The contractor shall furnish products, goods, labor and resources to provide the services herein: Project Scope Technical Narrative of the Maintenance Building for the Albemarle County Parks & Recreation Department at the Biscuit Run Park: Project Site: The entrance to Biscuit Run Park (currently under construction) will be located to the south and west of the intersection between Route 20 and Avon Street Extended at 2020 Scottsville Rd Charlottesville, VA 22902. A paved park access road will pass a parking lot and travel roughly 200 yards west into the park before intersecting with the gravel entry road to the Maintenance Building Yard. This gravel entrance road will be thestart of the design/build project. The gravel entry road will be approximately 100 yards long leading north to the Maintenance Building fenced yard and facility.
