A. 11 Pt. manila letter size (12 1/4" wide), reinforced, side tab folders with 9 1/2" high front and back flap. Full length mylar color coded label on side tab that will match the existing color coded system. Color bands, year bands, and alpha designation labels must be the same size as the existing system and color bands should line up with existing system. B. The label configuration should be as follows (from the top of the label to bottom): Alpha letter designation label, year band label, then straight numeric numbering system (4 color bands - 3 single and 1 double digits). The beginning number for each Laboratory is 00001. C. Color bands for each folder are printed on a strip label, and then applied to each folder by manufacturer. Each color band to be spaced properly, and to match existing system, (see Attachment B). D. Bottom color band (with double digit number) 1” high, Alpha designation labels (‘C’, ‘T’, ‘N’ & ‘W’) 1” high, Year band ¾” high
