1. The Contractor should furnish all management, supervision, and personnel required to provide custodial services at the specified building locations. Services should be provided during specified hours as indicated in Section III.K. The Contractor should furnish an organized, competent, and stable management team to ensure goals, objectives, and requirements are met. A manager level single point of contact is required for all operation matters related to this contract. This individual should be available to the County 24 hours a day to receive reports of deficient performance, scheduling, and personnel issues. 2. The Contractor should furnish all equipment, tools and consumable supplies required to fulfill the requirements of the job. All cleaning chemicals and paper products should be environmentally friendly. 3. The Contractor is responsible for all matters related to the recruitment, screening, hiring and retention of employees. These human resource processes should be completed in compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations and any other generally accepted human resource practices. All employees should be CJIS cleared prior to beginning work. 4. Detailed routine cleaning requirements are included as Section V. The Contractor should adhere to the cleaning schedule at all times. In addition to routine cleaning, the Contractor is responsible for cleaning chemical spills, vomit, blood, etc. that may occur during routine cleaning procedures or on an emergency basis. 5. Services should be provided with high standards from the perspectives of sanitation, citizen satisfaction and protection of the physical facility. Section V provides further detail as to how specific tasks should be completed. The Contractor should be able to clean medical facilities with specific cleaning requirements. Custodians will be provided a cleaning list to perform nightly at each location.
