The project is generally described as a single story, approximately 4,998 sq. ft. structure with precast architectural concrete masonry exterior walls, pre-engineered wood truss roof framing system, and architectural grade shingle roof system. The facility will accommodate an approximately 2416 sq. ft. administrative office function to include staff offices, meeting room, restrooms, locker room, utility room and storage room. The structure shall also include two vehicle maintenance bays approximately area 2,582 sq. ft. The Equipment Storage Building structure will include eight open equipment storage bays, two enclosed unheated bays, and two enclosed heated bays. It will include an asphalt shingle roof on plywood roof sheathing over wood trusses supported by a structural steel frame and concrete footings. Exterior walls will be metal siding. The Chemical Storage Building is generally described as a single story, approximately 5,000 ton capacity 12,200 SF salt storage facility with an asphalt mixing containment pad. The project also includes site development, utilities, foundations, pre-engineered frame-supported membrane building, lighting, and power. The project shall also include all necessary site and utility work for a complete and operational facility complex. Anticipated work includes all work associated with demolition, relocation of overhead electrical lines and grading / earthwork, stormwater management, private septic system, connection to public water service and distribution, paved parking lot, paved / gravel surfacing of lot area, vehicle entrance from road, lot perimeter fencing, automatic entrance gate, propane tank and distribution service, electrical service and distribution, and diesel generator with automatic transfer switch.
