As a small town, the administrative requirements inherent in a cross-connection program are burdensome. Accordingly, we seek a firm which can provide software performing as many of the following tasks as possible: • Generation of questionnaires, reminders, enforcement letters, and the like for both residential and nonresidential water customers, • Providing an online portal through which customers can file their returns, • Tracking of dates (i) for notices from the Town and (ii) required responses from customers, (iii) mandatory inspections, etc., • Development of public-education materials concerning the program, • Maintenance of all records associated with the program, and • Automatically updating a master list of customers based upon changes in spreadsheet generated monthly by the Treasurer’s Office billing software.
