Services requested include, but are not limited to: 1. Facilitate tours of at least two programs providing the same type of services under the Crisis Receiving Center Model. 2. Research best practices for co-located adult and child crisis receiving and stabilization services 3. Provide facility design considerations, to include but not limited to, floor plans and furniture/equipment recommendations. 4. Develop program policies and operating guidelines, to include operational budget. 5. Draft treatment, intake, and discharge workflows. 6. Develop draft staffing patterns, schedules, and job descriptions. 7. Develop and monitor project implementation to include project management meetings to include both virtual and on-site support as needed.
