1. Integration and Compatibility a. May integrate with existing systems used by the District. The District's current Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS) are Canvas and Synergy, respectively. b. Be compatible with multiple devices, including chromebooks, desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones. c. Provide all LMS and SIS software that the product currently integrates with. i. Include integration available to the District and what the integration process looks like. d. Schedule to include implementation to releasing the software for student use. 2. Overall Software Features a. Explain how the product will fully function on Chromebook with no loss of features or functionality. b. Ability to allow the use of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML). Provide the Single Sign On (SSO) methods/protocols that your company supports. c. Describe how the platform supports role-based permissions for managers and administrators. 3. Technical Support: a. Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and online chat. b. Offer professional development and training sessions for educators to maximize the software’s usage.
