Required Daily (Monday-Friday) • Clean both sets of glass doors and surrounding windows at the main courthouse entrance. This includes the exterior set of doors leading into the vestibule and the interior set of doors leading into the courthouse lobby. This also includes the Security Office window in the vestibule. • Vacuum the area in between the two sets of glass doors at the main courthouse entrance. • Clean glass panels of the courthouse directory kiosk in the lobby • Sweep main public stairs in lobby atrium. Sanitize handrail • Vacuum/sweep all three (3) elevators and sanitize control panels • Clean/sanitize all restrooms, break rooms, and water fountains • Sanitize door handles/knobs/countertops/desktops in public areas • Empty all trashcans and dispose of trash in the proper County dumpster • Vacuum carpets and rugs/mats in main reception areas and corridors of each office suite. Clean any heavily soiled areas that are beyond the capability of vacuums • Sweep, dust mop and damp mop all tile floor areas • Check the other two (2) staircases daily. Sweep as needed, but at least one time per week. • Check and fill as needed all restroom toilet paper, hand towel, and soap dispensers. Required Weekly • Dust all work surfaces (furniture, file cabinets, copy machines, etc.). Lightly dust computers if permitted by user • Dust windowsills and baseboards—damp wipe clean if necessary • Vacuum carpeted areas of private offices • Buff the tile floor area with a high-speed buffer to enhance and preserve the shine of the wax coating • Clean both 1st and 2nd floor windows along main public hallway • Clean glass counter windows in each of three (3) court clerks offices • Clean windows at entrance to each office suit Required Monthly • Vacuum and/or dust exterior of ceiling light fixtures. Contractor will not be responsible for removing dead insects from inside the fixtures • Vacuum and or dust ceiling vents and air intakes Required Every Three (3) Months • Dust/vacuum all Venetian blinds Required Annually • Shampoo all carpeted areas using hot water extraction with clean water pre-spray. High-traffic areas my need to be shampooed more frequently (every 6 months) if requested by the County • Strip and wax all tile floor areas • Clean all windows, interior and exterior
