The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment (such as sandblasting equipment, brushes, rollers, etc.), travel, delivery, resources, workmanship, and clean-up as required to provide all Corrosion Control & Painting Services to include structures warranted by others at various Prince William Water and wastewater facilities. Either facilities may be located inside or outside within operating industrial work areas; and include equipment, structures, and other surfaces exposed to corrosive environments and general weathering. The Contractor shall account in the work plans that outdoor areas exposed to wildlife and weather impacts. Work on these facilities shall include, but not limited to, surface preparation/repair work such as cleaning, patching, priming, and application of protective coatings in accordance with the attached Painting and Coating Specifications, Section 09900.
