Provide expert consulting to design and refine dashboards, reports, and models that highlight key financial and operational metrics, while simultaneously building university staff’s knowledge of how to construct, maintain, and troubleshoot these outputs. Activities: ● Collaboratively design dashboards and reports with university staff, ensuring active staff participation in development sessions. ● Support scenario planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and model development. Deliverables: ● Functioning dashboards and reports developed during the engagement that align with reporting requirements. ● Expanded model or data sets where applicable. ● Documentation and walkthroughs of structures, logic, and assumptions. ● Active knowledge transfer during development sessions so staff can replicate and expand outputs in the future. Targeted Dashboard/Report Builds May Include: ● Key Metrics Dashboard ● Projections: Year end, next Fiscal Year, next Biennium, 6-year ● Expenditures by Division (Monthly P&L Style Budget-to-Actuals Statements) ● Expenditures by Type (utility, debt, leases, personnel, etc.) ● Revenue comparisons to projections, budget, and prior year(s) ● Standard report tables ● Room and Board Usage Dashboard
