Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide Consultant and Management services to include, but is not limited to any or all of the following: a. Business process improvement and re-engineering reviews and evaluations. b. Identification and prioritization of processes and functions needing re-engineering and/or outsourcing opportunities. c. Development of business and performance metrics. d. Development of strategic plans. e. Measurement and reporting on key performance metrics. f. Design of key business reports for use by leadership to assess Agency performance. g. Conduct specialized reviews, studies, analysis. h. Training and content development. i. Change management. j. Data management program implementation. k. Identifying capabilities within Business Architecture framework. l. Business enablement and technology assessment; and m. Provide Litigation Support including review, analysis, mediation, arbitration, facilitation, and other services in connection with claims filed against VDOT, in support of Commissioner Claim Hearings, dispute resolution, or other legal proceedings.
