Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will refresh 3 main dining facilities to allow a new food service vendor to provide their unique branding & new food concepts to the existing facilities. While the project will be more of a refresh than renovation, at least four areas in the main dining halls require some kitchen & dining modifications.Cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review services will be vital during pre-construction.Design is moving into PDs. Anticipated construction will begin 5/14/14 for minor refresh projects. More extensive renovation will take place during the fall and 2014 to 2015 Christmas break. Experience in dining/food services is required. Experience in College/University is preferred.
