1. Work with City staff and consultants on developing separate bid packages out of the overall Park plan that may include identifying portions of construction work for small, women, and minority (SWaM)-certified contractors. This may include solicitation and review of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to assess the capabilities and interest of qualified contractors. 2. Review of plans to develop construction performance period for construction packages to be bid for Park construction. 3. Construction advertisement specification development assistance and/or review 4. Providing preconstruction services, conducting a constructability review, schedule development, and overall functioning of the completed project. 5. Offering project management services during construction, which includes overseeing construction administration; project management; construction management; construction inspection; inspector management; quality control, and quality assurance; coordination across multiple construction projects and contractors; material sampling, testing, and certifications; surveying; utility designation, and location; constructability reviews; value engineering; identify and recommend solutions to construction issues encountered in the field; construction schedule and critical path method (CPM) reviews; delay claims analysis; cost estimating; construction document review; interaction with community members to communicate status and to address concerns; payment review and processing, review for substantial and final completion; and review of warranty and closeout documentation.
