Specifications include, but are not limited to: the construction of the 3-story Elementary School #19 school building, of stormwater management facilities, underground utilities, rough and fine grading, landscape, paved parking & service areas, play fields, upgrades to existing parking and drive aisles, and construction of the Stafford Middle School Gravity Sewer. The building site for Elementary School #19 is currently occupied by a paved parking area, tennis courts, and practice field serving Brooke Point High School. The project is on a shared site with the existing Brooke Point High School, which will remain in operation during the duration of construction for Elementary School #19. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining updated school year calendars prior to the beginning of each school year.
