The Scope of Work shall consist of a renovation of the first floor women’s restroom (room 1062) and the second floor men’s restroom (2127). The renovation will serve as an aesthetic improvement project that shall match the aesthetics of the Phase I renovation with work including, but are not limited to, the following: new architectural interiors, replace all plumbing fixtures with upgraded fixtures, replace electrical lighting fixtures, replace sprinkler heads and fire alarm devices, replace HVAC diffusers and grilles, and replace roof mounted exhaust fans. Additional ancillary scope includes, but are not limited to, the following: TAB of the exhaust fans and DDC integration into the existing Siemens energy management and control system.
