The purpose of this BID is to obtain venues on dates provided for statewide Value Enhanced Nutrition Assessment (VENA) training of all nutrition services WIC (Woman Infants and Children’s Supplemental Nutrition Program) local agency employees. This training is required by the funding source, the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). Venue must be able to provide adequate space for attendees, av equipment, lodging and meals at the state government rate. The dates of trainings are as follows: Tuesday-Thursday, October 7-9, 2025 Tuesday-Thursday, October 21-23, 2025 Tuesday-Thursday, October 28-30, 2025 Tuesday-Thursday, November 18-20, 2025 Lodging will need to be available a day ahead of each training session for out-of-town guests.
