The Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority (herein after called "HRHA") a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia operating within the City of Hampton, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to conduct an operational and organizational assessment of HRHA, including public housing programs and other operations, reviewing customer service functions, and conducting an employee climate survey. The goal of the assessment will be to develop recommendations that align with City Council's vision (included in this RFP) in addition to recommending operational efficiencies, organizational structures, and performance measures to ensure HRHA is operating at a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
