To establish a contract through competitive negotiations for a cloud based comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Our organization aims to enhance its maintenance operations, improve asset management, and ensure regulatory compliance through the implementation of a robust and scalable CMMS solution. This system will streamline maintenance workflows, reduce downtime, and provide valuable insights through advanced reporting and analytics. The selected Offeror will demonstrate the ability to deliver a solution that meets our functional and technical requirements, supports our operational goals, and offers exceptional support and training services. The selected CMMS will be required to successfully integrate with ESRI ArcGIS Indoors, Zendesk, and CGI Advantage ERP using open APIs.
