The proposed CAMA system shall: a. Provide robust valuation methodologies, including cost, income, and sales comparison approaches. b. Offer real-time data storage, retrieval, and reporting capabilities. c. Ensure compatibility with GIS and other County enterprise systems. d. Include features for property record management, assessment calculations, and workflow automation. e. Support integration with external data sources, including deed, permit, and sales transaction databases. f. Allow for role-based access control and maintain a comprehensive audit trail. g. Provide web-based access for internal users and potentially public access for property-related information. h. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in real estate assessment i. Support the full annual assessment cycle as described in the Scope of Services section and Attachment A, Software Functionality and Capabilities
