3.0 SCOPE OF WORK This section is where you enter in the specifics you are looking for in the Offeror’s response to this RFP. Information may include: work or site details, Offeror’s general responsibilities, testing, schedule/phases, report/document requirements, meetings, services required/requested, personnel qualifications, mark-ups, payment method/invoicing, equipment/tools/etc. that the Offeror will need to provide, permits or certifications the Offeror should have, code of standards, emergency conditions, contact person, drawings, product submittals, inspections, workmanship, hazardous or restricted material, completion procedure, etc. 3.1. VISION, GOALS & OBJECTIVES 3.1.1 Collaborate with City to establish a clear vision for Parks & Recreation over the next ten (10) years. 3.1.2 Integrate themes of sustainability, inclusion, equity, safety and environmental stewardship as well as goals stated in Section 2.1 above. 3.2. EVALUATE EXISTING CONDITIONS 3.2.1 Review and incorporate existing City plans and policies that guide and inform Parks and Recreation agencies. 3.2.2 Review and incorporate existing best practices from NRPA standards and state plans (e.g. Virginia Outdoor Plan) that guide and inform Parks and Recreation agencies.
