The offeror(s) will serve all individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay, including those who are: uninsured, enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare, paying independently, or utilizing third-party insurance. Access to pharmaceuticals as needed, such as prescription assistance programs and 340B Program medications B. Waive all fees for visits of very low income, uninsured patients. C. As part of whole person health, provide Behavioral Health (BH) counseling, including: 1. Services to adults and to children ages four (4) and up. 2.
