The offeror(s) will serve all individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay, including those who are: uninsured, enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare, paying independently, or utilizing third-party insurance. Access to pharmaceuticals as needed, such as prescription assistance programs and 340B Program medications B. Waive all fees for visits of very low income, uninsured patients. C.
