The services will include the following, although additional related services may be added to the contract if in the best interest of the Town: Review the current pay plan (modified broadband plan) and explore alternative options that include competitiveness with the market, opportunities for internal equity, professional growth, and ease of administration; Recommend part-time pay plan structure and practices; Conduct a study to ensure positions are aligned based on the external market and considering internal equity, and provide a cost analysis for implementing recommendations; etc.
