1. Review and provide analysis for approximately 77 full-time employees’ job descriptions and role classification. 2. Review and provide analysis of compensation for 77 full-time employees compared to staff in other Mid-Atlantic institutions of higher education and research libraries. 3. Provide a study that will determine if LVA role classifications are correct based on the employee’s job duties, responsibilities, risk, scope and expectations. Study shall make recommendations to changes in classifications as needed. 4. Provide a study that will determine if the compensation and pay band is correct for the role within the agency and to make recommendations as needed. 5. Study shall make recommendations as to base line entry salary for each of LVA’s role classifications. 6. Participate in a face-to-face meeting in Richmond, Virginia to review and present the information to agency leadership and recommend corrective actions to remediate pay disparities.
