Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. General outline of scope of work should include (but not be limited to) • Initial meeting with town staff • Development of survey instrument • Sampling of survey • Conduct survey • Delivery of comprehensive survey report, to include trend analysis incorporating data from past town surveys and comparison data of like-sized communities across the United States. • Presentation of comprehensive survey report to Vienna Town Council at a council work session B. The successful offeror shall meet with town staff to identify topic areas to be addressed in the survey. Questions may include obtaining feedback from residents on town services, but not limited to: water/sewer service, maintenance of streets, traffic/transportation issues, safety, snow removal, street lighting, cleanliness of streets and town buildings, programs at the community center, recreational opportunities, quality of neighborhood life, trash and recycling, service received from town employees, budget, economy, communication of town information, education and enrichment. The successful offeror will be provided a list of street names and address ranges that are located in the corporate limits of the town and will be responsible for conducting a random selection of citizens to conduct the survey. C. The successful offeror will create an appropriate sampling technique that will insure that only residents and businesses within the town's corporate limits will be contacted during the survey. The successful offeror shall administer the survey by contacting randomly selected town residents. D. A comprehensive written report, and oral presentation of survey findings at a meeting of the Vienna Town Council, will be provided by the successful offeror.
