Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for Community Engagement & Meeting Facilitation Services for School Redistricting and Facility Planning (On-Call Services). The School Division seeks to obtain the services of a qualified firm capable of assisting the School Division personnel with designing and implementing community engagement strategies for various projects, and who can also provide experienced meeting facilitators for both in-person and virtual townhall-style public meetings and focus group sessions. These community engagement processes and meetings are intended to gather community and stakeholder feedback on matters pertaining to school planning and operations, including, but not limited to, school redistricting and the School Division’s capital improvement program.
