B Integrated Building Automation System: 1 Control panels, 2 operator station, graphic displays; 3 Data alarming and trending; 4 Field sensors and equipment interfaces; 5 Operating sequences and controls; 6 Security systems 7 Fire protection and fire alarm systems C Plumbing Systems 1 Domestic water heaters and recirculation plumbing; 2 Sump pumps; 3 Sewage ejector pumps; and 4 All other related plumbing systems and subsystems to reduce the risks of system malfunction after occupancy/ ensuring beneficial use.
