Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to operate and manage a co-working space at 2506 Jefferson Avenue, once open, and provide pre-opening support ahead of construction completion and facility opening. The co-working space will be a location serving the Marshall-Ridley Choice Neighborhood (MRCN), where small and start-up businesses, and those transitioning from home-based businesses, can attain low-cost office space, and can obtain technical assistance, attend business management workshops and receive expert advice on topics including business planning, industry research, accounting and capital sources. The co-working space will serve as a hub for business assistance services for this under served community
