Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Offeror shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials and other resources necessary to provide the Department of the Treasury with the training. The Offeror shall provide proposal information to deliver the following requirements. The following requirements are mandatory. If you cannot meet these requirements, please present your solution. The Offeror will restate each requirement and indicate compliance as a part of their response. The training shall be conducted between the middle of July to end of August. The training shall be conducted in-person. The training should consist of a session for managers and a separate training for employees. Each training should be tailored to these audiences. The training sessions for each should be at least two hours long.
