Quantify the current direct and indirect economic impact of the Complex for the City and the region. 3. Analysis of current Complex programming along with an annotated space list. 4. Identify opportunities for hotel, convention center and other mixed-use utilization of the site, to include potential standalone options and cojoined space. 5. Inventory and analysis of current for-profit vs. more community related uses of the Complex. 6. Identify multifunction indoor sports/competition venue opportunities. 7. Evaluation of adjacent area economic development potential. 8. Evaluation of current food and beverage services and opportunities for enhancement. 9. Connectivity and access analysis to the Civic Center
