Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor(s) shall provide printing and reproduction services to include digital, offset, and special reproduction services for the City on an as-needed basis. Contractor services are intended to meet the needs of all City departments. Services may include small format printing, large format printing, mailing services, binding, finishing and delivery of jobs. They types of printing projects include but are not limited to: calendars, reports, budget books, agendas, solicitations, flyers, promotional publications, informational schedules and/or booklets, envelopes, letterhead, crack and peel stickers, numbered forms, programs, brochures, maps, business cards, post cards, tickets, custom carbonless forms, finishing, packaging, glue tabs, special folds, perforation, invitations, self inking stamps, banners and other similar items typically available through a commercial printer. The Contractor will work directly with individual department representatives or may work with the graphic design team to complete print jobs. Departmental representatives have varying level of expertise with printing and graphic design. Contractors shall provide the level of support and feedback to City/Departmental representative in order to successfully complete jobs. Services requested from the Contractor will be based on project-specific requirements. The City shall advise the Contractor of the need for services and shall furnish details of the specific project. The Contractor shall consult with the City representative on the design, materials to be used, and make recommendations for each project. The Contractor’s shall provide a proposal for each individual project and provide a detailed fee for services and a schedule based on the contract prices established as a result of this Request for Proposals. The City may seek project proposals for printing jobs from one or more Contractor when determined to be in the City's best interest. The City, in its sole discretion, may award individual projects to the Contractor who offers the best price, shortest turn-around time or based on other factors that are essential for the specific project
